- We will assist the developer in the planning of the first meeting and have all relevant documentation ready at the first meeting.
- Make sure all processes at the meeting are according to the relevant Acts and Rules.
- Assist with the first Budget of income and expenditure.

Collection of levies
- Billing and distribution of monthly levy charges.

- Access to all acts, rules, financials at Sectional Title & HOA Managers.
- Any other functions the trustees/director negotiates with us.
